About the Role :

We are searching for a talented and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer with strong mobile app experience to join our growing team in Mumbai. You will be a key member of our product development team, playing a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our innovative mobile application.

You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, ensuring our users have a seamless and engaging learning journey. Responsibilities :

- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our mobile app.

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design solutions.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Analyze user data, heatmaps, and other analytics to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices, especially in the mobile app domain.

- Contribute to and help maintain our design system.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

- For Lead Designers: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on mobile app design.

- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in creating user-centered mobile app interfaces.

- In-depth knowledge of UX laws, principles, and best practices.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.

- Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation, including experience with heatmaps and user analytics.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- A passion for creating innovative and user-friendly mobile experiences.

Bonus Points :

- Experience working in an agile development environment.

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
