Team Lead

To lead the QA team to test and ensure quality of HTML5/Typescript based class 3 real money digital Games for markets across the Globe and be responsible for ensuring high quality standards of games being delivered.
These games will be hosted as digital apps (iOS, Android) as well as over web.

• Member of the online Digital Gaming team responsible for iGaming testing.
• Collaborate with tech leads, developers, and testers to deliver solutions for slot games, tech improvements, tooling, processes, and regular tasks.
• Oversee quality, mentor, organize, automate, and support the team.
• Ability to articulate and onboard others to your vision.
• Self-organize and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Plan and analyze risks to ensure timely and appropriate testing.
• Methodical approach to testing with a focus on identifying vulnerabilities.
• Experience in test script creation, strategy management, and Agile methodologies.
• Release management experience and ability to communicate at the business level.
• Mentor and inspire others while understanding client/server architecture.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, acceptance, and system testing.
• Familiar with Git tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and proxying tools (Charles, Postman).
• Experience testing across mobile, tablet, desktop, OS, and browsers.
• Exposure to JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and web technologies for bug identification.
• Collaborate with London-based team for status updates and goal delivery.
• Participate in after-hours calls when needed.
• Troubleshoot and debug code, providing root cause analysis to the development team.
• Strong understanding of mobile devices and web applications.
• Suggest improvements to the testing process (tools, test cases, etc.).

• 8-11 years of experience in Manual Black-box testing.
• 3-5 years leading QA teams.
• Familiar with gambling games, especially slots.
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Active in the global QA community.
• Experience with automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Exposure to Behavior Driven Development.
• Knowledge of basic terminal commands.
• Skilled in career management, mentoring, and team growth.
• Experienced in influencing, negotiating, and handling conflict.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Proficient with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
• Open, truthful, and respectful.
• Enjoys helping others grow and develop.

• Keeps up with industry trends.
