Sr Lead Artist

Aristocrat has established itself as a leader in digital casino gaming over the past decade. To strengthen it further, it is expanding digital gaming in iGaming domain. Aristocrat India is participating in this opportunity to establish a new team to pursue this business initiative.
We are seeking an accomplished Digital Artist to join our highly collaborative creative team. In this key role, you will design compelling characters, craft immersive backgrounds, and produce visually stunning symbols that seamlessly integrate with the broader production pipeline.

What Youll Do

• A first class portfolio of relevant work.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A creative mindset with a drive for excellence and a razor sharp eye for detail..
• Expert technical skills and a superior understanding of visual language:
• Composition, Colour theory, Lighting, Values, Anatomy etc
• A talent for visual storytelling.
• Open minded and able to assimilate constructive criticism and deliver amendments based on considered feedback.
• Proactive and excellent communication skills through all channels.
• Highly organised and methodical by nature.
• A full understanding of departmental design processes.
• A passion for games.
• Demonstrated curiosity towards the products we create and the gaming industry in general.
  

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor s degree/BFA/MFA or equivalent work 5-8 yrs work experience in digital gaming as artist
• Excellent command over software of Adobe Creative Suite
• Spine (EsotericSoftware)
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Prior experience in the digital or social gaming industry will be a plus.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders
