Team Lead - Artist

Aristocrat has established itself as a leader in digital casino gaming over the past decade. To strengthen it further, it is expanding in iGaming domain. Aristocrat India is participating in this opportunity to establish a new team to pursue this business initiative.
We are seeking a talented Lead Artist to join our Art and Graphics team for an exciting initiative. In this role, you will spearhead the Art team, driving the creation of engaging game designs, character art, high-quality backgrounds, and distinctive symbols. Collaboration is essential to ensure a visual style and outstanding work quality. A strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for storytelling through visual art are required.
We re after a people first leader to join our games studio and lead the way on delivering AAA slot games.

• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Experience in building and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

• To orientate your team towards success, by managing expectations, driving best practices ensuring high productivity.
• Create high-quality artwork that meets project briefs, exploring concepts and offering multiple executions.
• Maintain attention to detail and uphold high standards.
• Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and update on progress.
• Organize files and assets for team use.
• Continuously develop technical skills in relevant software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understand platform technical constraints for artwork optimization.
• Follow asset pipeline to optimize work for specific games.
  

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor s degree/BFA/MFA or equivalent work 5-8 yrs work experience in digital gaming as artist
• Excellent command over software of Adobe Creative Suite
• Spine (EsotericSoftware)
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Prior experience in the digital or social gaming industry will be a plus.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders
