Java Developer

Position: Java Backend Developer
Experience: 2+ years
Location: Noida (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements and devise effective solutions while maintaining system integrity.
Take ownership of undefined problems and lead implementation discussions.
Use Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high code quality and maintain coverage.
Optimize system performance, focusing on response times and memory usage.
Refactor or remove outdated flows to integrate newer, more efficient approaches.

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience building backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as per project needs.
Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback constructively.
Familiarity with software design principles and best practices.
Prior experience working on products with a large user base (1M+ daily active users preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
