Job Description

We are seeking energetic Sales Executives to join our plot sales team, either freshers or with up to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a passion for sales and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and providing excellent customer service in the plot sales domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales opportunities in plot sales.
Conduct sales calls and follow up with prospective clients interested in purchasing plots.
Present plots and related services to potential customers.
Negotiate and close plot sales deals.
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends related to plot sales.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, particularly in plot sales.
