We are seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee city logistics and ensure efficient delivery processes.

What you need to bring to the 'table'

- Coordinate logistics operations for timely deliveries.

- Manage relationships with riders, transporters and store staff.

- Conduct field visits to assess and resolve operational issues.

- Prepare reports on logistics performance and identify improvement areas.

- Reduce rider churn and onboard new fleet/riders, providing necessary training.

- Minimize costs and plan logistics activities effectively.

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in operations management, ideally within transportation, logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors.

- Demonstrated track record in a similar capacity at rapidly scaling startups, with operations, logistic or account management experience

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field

- Deep understanding and expertise in the consumer tech landscape specific to India

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
