Business development manager - Insurance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through direct channel sales, field sales, and agency channel.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for new product launches, cross-selling opportunities, and customer acquisition.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in insurance industry (life insurance & general insurance).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in BFSI sector.
  
• Strong understanding of direct channel sales, direct sales management, field sales management, area sales management.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement.
