Accounts Executive Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Keep accurate records and ensure data is up-to-data.
• Enter and maintain financial data in the system
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely submission of bills and invoices.
• Follow up with staff and vendors for document submission and other necessary details.
• Prepare data and reports as needed for company finances, occasional travel for paperwork.
• Maintain records of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial tasks.
• Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly finance-related tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Travel for paperwork when required

Skills:

• Willingness to learn and be proactive in work.
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English would be a bonus
• Should be able to work individually and along with a team
• Must have a keen eye for detail

Qualification:

• Degree: Bachelor of Commerce (Note: A degree in MCom/MBA Fin/CMA or CA

would be a bonus but isnt a requirement)

• Freshers welcome
• Basic understanding of accounting and taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel / MS Office is essential; knowledge of Tally is a plus
• Certification in accounting or finance is an advantage
