8+ years of work experience in reporting tool like Power BI

Intermediate to advanced Reporting development skills and knowledge of interactive data visualization best practices

Hands-on experience in working with un-structured data like CSV files etc. This is must have skill.

Experience developing and applying predictive models and other advanced statistics.

Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and managing dashboards & analytics.

Proficient in SQL, BI Tool features, Data Optimization with a keen eye for design.

A solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, and normalization.

Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)

Familiarity with database modelling and data warehousing principles.

Programming skill in Python is preferred.

Good knowledge & experience in Agile framework.

Able to communicate insights clearly and successfully to influence decisions.

Good communication skill.

Should be able to work as an individual contributor.
