The purpose of the role is to lead and deploy knowledge sharing practices, policies and technology platform with internal project & account teams and (as appropriate) outside the organization with clients, partners, and stakeholders with deep integration with the business teams, ultimately leading to conversion of tacit knowledge to organization & employee learning for a BU/ DU
1. Drive and deploy optimal knowledge management strategy for a BU/ DU
a. Define the strategic priorities and initiatives for knowledge management and its linkage to key business metrics for a BU/ DU
b. Play as a catalyst role and develop an enterprise level plan of knowledge repository, its operations and wide distribution
c. Deploy the right technology platforms to ensure the knowledge is shared at the apt time with all mandatory trainings applicable for a billable resource
d. Deploy the current knowledge management practices as well as give suggestion for new knowledge distribution policies from time to time
e. Interact with delivery teams, subject Matter Experts, and clients and act as a mediator to answer the queries from requestors about knowledge management products and practices
f. Drive and maximise adoption of the knowledge management portal across the BU/ DU
g. Utilize the knowledge base resources and design a training module for project teams and clients to help them access the knowledge management tools
h. Drive and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management and present the value to the internal delivery teams and clients
i. Strategize and build effective resources for internal programmes like SHINE etc
k. Follow right governance practices to ensure constant updation, capturing of best practices, reusable components etc into the database
l. Deploy account maturity framework for all the mega-gamma and key accounts and collaborate with DM/ ADH??s to deep dive into knowledge leads for a specific account and update the existing solutions/ create new solutions for knowledge database
m. Establish and drive of communities of practice, including workshops, one-on-one guidance, and troubleshooting across BU/ DU
n. Share experiences across communities of practice, business units, and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge sharing, including preparation of case studies
o. Help monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities
p. Help disseminate information about the organization's knowledge sharing program to internal and external audiences, including organizing knowledge sharing events (such as knowledge fairs, site visits, interviews)
a. Team Management
i. Clearly define the expectations for the team
ii. Assign goals for the team, conduct timely performance reviews and provide
constructive feedback to own direct reports
iii. Guide the team members in acquiring relevant knowledge and develop their
professional competence
iv. Drive geography specific trainings for the payroll folks, designed basis the
statutory norms that apply in different countries
v. Ensure that the Performance Nxt is followed for the entire team
b. Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
i. Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the tea
ii. Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
