Report Generation via eHealth
Scheduled maintenance activity (like shutdown / start-up of servers etc..)
Monitor batch jobs and restart activity

Coordinate with various support groups/vendors for DataCenter Issues
Perform Incident Management for all Server related Incidents.

Trend Analysis
Problem Identification , Root Cause Analysis , Recommend Changes
Initiate changes, participate in Change Meetings, Implement Changes

Provide insight to as-is situation at OM / CUSTOMER and the migration plans , if applicable
Participate in the BCP Programs of CUSTOMER and make the necessary Reports
Create new user accounts
Disable user accounts for xstaff (Remove Password)

Creating and routing of tickets related to Active Directory issues

- Salary on time - Work life balance is good

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now
- Skill development - Poor
