Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed design documents.
- Develop technical roadmaps for IT service management (ITSM) implementation using ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ITIL v3/4 framework.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, leadership or architecture role.
- Strong expertise in CSM, HRSd, Integration modules of ServiceNow platform.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from initiation to delivery.
