Job Title: Analyst, Systems Administration

Location: Hyderabad / IND - Virtual

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Cloud Identity Engineer is a key member of the Identity Governance and Administration Team within the Alight Security organization. They will work closely with other members of the Identity Team, User Access Management team, Development team members and Application Business owners towards a goal of implementing and supporting cloud-based control of application access. The right candidate is a self-starter with high learning agility and the ability to translate complex requirements into working solutions.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, Implementation & integration of Saviynt IGA solutions for identity governance and administration processes.
• Provide input into architectural design of role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement management, Application Credentials, User Access Policy Management, enhancing security related to Privileged Access Management for various applications and systems.
• Perform regular user access reviews and ensure appropriate access rights are assigned to users based on business requirements and security policies.
• Integrate Saviynt IGA with various identity sources such as Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud-based directories.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management.
• Assist with security and compliance audits.
• Provide support for ongoing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the Saviynt EIC platform up to date and secure.
• Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations.
• Deliver timely incident response during aligned shift and on-call assignment- may require off-hours / US hours support.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree Graduation (Mandatory)
• At least 5 years job experience in the IT industry with minimum 2 year in IGA technology.
• Hands-on experience working with Saviynt IGA (or similar identity governance tools like SailPoint etc.).
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements is desirable.

• Solid oral and written communication skills in English.
• Clear understanding of Team s role in meeting Organizational objectives.
• Average Business knowledge.
• Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Be proactive, dynamic, and flexible.

COMPETENCIES:

• Step into assist with every aspect of Cybersecurity as needed.
• Good knowledge on cloud-based identity solutions (AWS, Azure AD, etc.).
• Average Presentation skills and working experience with Office productivity tools such as OS365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Working knowledge in MS Project, Visual Source Code, Git and Visio would be a plus.
• Candidate should be able to learn and gain proficiency in new Technologies quickly as well as be able to work independently towards well defined goals.

• Required Skills:
  • Experience with IAM Operational tasks - User provisioning, IDM Platform Configuration, Role design/mining, build and execute periodic access reviews.
  • Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration concepts, including entitlements, role based access provisioning, user provisioning, de-provisioning, zero trust and access certifications.
  • Experience in workflow configuration and access certification campaigns.
  • Proficiency in generating compliance reports and managing audit trails to ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards.

• Supplemental Skill s:
  • Familiarity with AWS Native access management tools.
  • Experience with modern API protocols (REST/SCIM).
  • Familiar with Active Directory concepts, including users, computers, groups, policies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript for automating routine tasks, workflows, and integrations.
