Change Management Analyst

As an Analyst you are responsible for managing process mapping and articulate processes into documents to help us on expanding SOP database. Will require skilled resources with six sigma intellections (Green Belt, with Analytics knowledge).

Looking for Green Belt Certified Candidate

- Process shadow and interview to understand step-by-step process

- Ability to learn quickly and comfortable asking questions is important

- Ability to process outline and map in Word and Visio

- Provide process improvement recommendations

- Ability to learn technical side of Key Knowledge (Knowledge Management Database)

- Create content in formatted structure

- Ability to adapt to new system

- Learn various document types

- How to build decision trees

- Analytical skills comfortable pulling data, drawing conclusions and challenging data

- Proficiency in English

Education: Graduate from a from a government recognized university

Knowledge: Must Have : Six Sigma knowledge & experience

Good to have : SOP or Process document experience

Good to have: Quality (Six Sigma) experience

Behavioral Skills and Attributes

- Has the ability to filter, prioritize, analyze and validate potentially complex and dynamic problem

- High analytical skills

- Six Sigma certification is mandatory

- Good communications skills and written skills

- Excellent knowledge of Service Delivery in a voice/semi voice process

- Well versed with Microsoft applications, specially excel and power point

- The job will require fairly high amount of work in shift environment as per requirement
