Job Description

- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management plans in complex organizational environments.
- Proficiency in analysing organizational culture and dynamics to inform change strategies.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on driving positive outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Bachelor s degree in organizational psychology, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in change management or organizational development roles.
- Experience leading change initiatives within technology-driven organizations is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and driving change adoption.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master s) in a relevant discipline is desirable.
