Job Description


As a Change Management Specialist at WN Infotech, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating organizational change initiatives to drive successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and strategies. You will develop and implement change management plans, assess organizational readiness, and engage stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and maximum benefits realization. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of change resilience and empowering employees to embrace transformational efforts.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with proposed changes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to build awareness, understanding, and support for change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans, training materials, and resources to facilitate change readiness and adoption.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather input and address concerns throughout the change process.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders in effectively leading their teams through periods of change.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change resilience within the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of change management efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on change management best practices and methodologies.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management plans in complex organizational environments.
  • Proficiency in analysing organizational culture and dynamics to inform change strategies.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on driving positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Qualification & Experience Required
  • Bachelor s degree in organizational psychology, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in change management or organizational development roles.
  • Experience leading change initiatives within technology-driven organizations is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and driving change adoption.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master s) in a relevant discipline is desirable.
