2. Business Development and Capability Building a. Leverage consulting capability to support growth of the GDPR / CCPA / Data Privacy Consulting business in the delivery of end-to-end client solutions and the development of the assigned accountb. Generate downstream remediation business from accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multi-million-dollar engagementsc. Responsible for providing high-quality bids on time by working in an organized manner with a cross-functional team of technical specialists, solution architects, CoEs, delivery teams, sales team, legal teams, financial teams etc.d. Compose and articulate compelling, persuasive technical solutions and commercial models that are focused on addressing customer business/privacy problemse. Maintain current knowledge of applicable privacy and data protection requirements and accreditation standards f. Assist in developing privacy training materials and other communications to increase understanding of company privacy policies, data handling practices and procedures and other privacy (legal) obligations
