Job Description
- Extensive experience working in customer-facing roles, ideally in the telecom or network equipment provider industries.
- Solid understanding of mobility networks (e.g., 2G,3G,4G LTE, 5G ) and their management systems.
- Programming language proficiency in Java/J2EE, Knowledge in NMS protocols (NBAPI, CORBA, SNMP etc). Experienced in ServiceMix, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Springboot, Microservices, Database (SQL). Knowledge of git/gerrit and Module Testing automation
- Strong experience in issue management and problem-solving in complex technical environments.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially between Customer Support and R&D.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based NMS solutions is a plus.
