Fenergo Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Fenergo and onboarding platforms
• Configure and customize the Fenergo platform to support client onboarding, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize technical expertise to configure rules, data mappings, workflows, and UI components within the Fenergo system.
• Ensure all configurations adhere to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the Fenergo configurations meet the business requirements.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration changes, processes, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders on Fenergo functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Fenergo systems.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Fenergo-related issues.

Technical Skills required for this role

- Strong knowledge of Fenergo configuration and customization.

- Proficiency in SQL, XML, and scripting languages.

- Experience with Fenergo API integrations and data migrations.
