Roles and Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, implement, and optimize platform designs.
- Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using the selected technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to an agile team.
- Work with Product Owners to understand product requirements & vision.
- Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards.
- Drive increased efficiency across teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse.
- Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities.
- Apply principles of Software Development Life Cycle and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, Continuous Integration, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.
- Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
- R esponsible for facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring the team follows Agile principles, and removing impediments to the team s progress. Their primary goal is to enable the team to deliver value efficiently and effectively while maintaining a collaborative and self-organizing environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- Master s Degree / PhD in Computer Science or Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or STEM.
Technical Expertise:
- 10+ or more years of experience in hands-on coding and design using C++.
- Strong and detailed C++ knowledge from fundamentals through advanced concepts.
- Strong knowledge of design and OOPS concepts.
- Good knowledge of wireless domain - 802.11 architecture
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience working on software in the Healthcare domain.
