Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at Wiom in Gurgaon.

- The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes.

Qualifications:

- HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) knowledge.

- Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management.

- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Relevant certifications in HR or related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experince into similar role.
