Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

A highly skilled Google Vertex AI Lead to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Google Clouds Vertex AI platform. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-performance solutions while driving innovation and best practices in MLOps, model deployment, and AI governance.

Primary Skills (Must Have Experience):

• Architect and implement ML models using Vertex AI Pipelines, AutoML, and custom models.
• Develop and optimize machine learning workflows, ensuring high availability and performance
• Establish MLOps best practices using Vertex AI Pipelines, Cloud Build, and CI/CD for ML models.
• Automate model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement AI explainability, bias detection, and responsible AI principles using Google tools like Explainable AI and What-If Tool.
• Monitor model performance using Vertex AI Model Monitoring and ensure drift detection.
• Lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and cloud engineers in developing enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and software developers to drive AI adoption.
• Expertise in: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Vertex AI Pipelines, BigQuery ML.

Secondary Skills (Preferred to Have):

• Stay updated on Google AI advancements and GenAI trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Experiment with Gener
• Ensure AI models comply with Google Cloud security standards, data privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA), and ethical AI guidelines.
• Implement data encryption and access controls for sensitive AI applications.ative AI models like Gemini and LLMs using Vertex AI.
• Optimize model training and inference costs by selecting efficient GPUs/TPUs and auto-scaling strategies.
• Enhance model performance through hyperparameter tuning and distributed training
• Mentor and train team members on Vertex AI best practices and MLOps workflows.
• Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on AI/ML trends.
