Job Overview:

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and improve our video recommendation system. You will work on large-scale data pipelines, AI-driven algorithms, and cloud-based model deployments to enhance user engagement and content discoverability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recommendation algorithms using user behavior data and video metadata to personalize content discovery.
• Design and build large-scale data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, storage, and analysis.
• Utilize ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for model development, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize model performance through A/B testing, statistical analysis, and iterative improvements.
• Deploy and monitor production-ready models in cloud environments like Docker and AWS.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to improve existing services and develop new platform features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and processing.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of distributed systems & streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with recommendation systems or large-scale personalization models.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python or a similar language.
• Prior experience with A/B testing methodologies and model evaluation.
