React Native Developer-E

Responsibilities:

1.Architect and Develop: Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.

2.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices in coding and design.

3.Cross-Platform Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

4.Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

5.Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues to deliver smooth and responsive mobile applications.

6.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other team members to define requirements and deliver features that meet user needs.

7.Integration: Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and services into the applications as needed.

8.Testing: Implement and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability of the applications.

9.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, architecture, and processes.

10.Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile app development.

Requirements:

1.Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on React Native.

2.React Native: Expertise in React Native framework, including Redux or Mobx for state management.

3.JavaScript: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ features.

4.iOS and Android: Proficiency in mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms.

5.UI/UX: Experience working closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs.

6.API Integration: Strong experience in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

7.Code Quality: Familiarity with code quality tools and practices (linting, testing, etc.).

8.Version Control: Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.

9.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

10.Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

11.Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on new technologies and industry trends.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with TypeScript.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Familiarity with native development (Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin).

Previous experience in Agile or Scrum development environments.
