React Native Developer

We are seeking a React Native developer who is passionate about building high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing these mobile apps while coordinating with teams handling other layers of the product infrastructure. You will also lead and mentor your team, ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as native development (Android, iOS, Java, Objective-C, Swift).
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams. • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mobile Development: Architect and develop scalable, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the development team, set coding standards, and promote Agile practices.
• Technical Problem Solving: Leverage expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and data structures to optimize performance and resolve complex issues.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration with REST APIs and implement robust offline storage solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Adopt new technologies and drive process enhancements, including CI/CD pipeline management.
