Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and oversee our organizations management information systems. The MIS Executive will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the companys IT systems, managing data reporting processes, and providing technical support to staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

System Management:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the companys MIS, including databases, networks, and applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate accurate and timely reports for management.
- Develop and maintain data reporting systems to support business operations and decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and databases.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of MIS systems and software.
- Resolve technical issues promptly and ensure continuous operation of IT systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for the maintenance and upgrade of systems.
System Security and Compliance:
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems from unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Regularly update and maintain system security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Recommend and implement new technologies or upgrades to enhance system performance.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in database management and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Excel, BI tools).
Familiarity with networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
