We are seeking a detail-oriented DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and designing documents for print and digital publishing. You will work closely with graphic designers, editors, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality output, adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.

• Create, format, and layout documents and publications using desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, QuarkXPress).
• Prepare files for printing and ensure proper resolution, color management, and file formats for various media types (print, web, etc.).
• Modify and improve existing designs based on feedback from the design or marketing teams.
• Work closely with graphic designers, marketing teams, and content creators to ensure cohesive designs.
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all materials produced.
• Proofread text for errors, consistency, and layout issues before final production.
• Prepare mock-ups and prototypes as necessary for print approval.
• Maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving files.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest desktop publishing software and design trends.

• Proficiency in desktop publishing software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, QuarkXPress).
• Strong attention to detail and precision in layout and typography.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of prepress and printing processes.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and color theory.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (optional but preferred for digital publishing).
