Business Analyst (2-4 yrs)

Requirements Gathering :

- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Conduct surveys to gather essential information for project understanding.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive requirement coverage.

- Understand competitors, latest guidelines and create product road maps.

Documentation :

- Create clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, prototype and process flows.

- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication :

- Act as a liaison between clients and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.

- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analysis :

- Analyze data and trends to provide insights that support informed decision-making.

- Assist in identifying business problems and opportunities for process improvement.

Tools and Technologies :

- JIRA, HTML, Any Prototyping Tool
