3D Graphic Designer (2-10 yrs)

We are looking to hire a talented 3D Graphic Designer to join our team. As we plan and exe-cute a range of dynamic events, we need a skilled professional who can create visually stunning and engaging 3D graphics that align with our event ideation. Please note we need someone who is young and dynamic and also helps our team while we ideate for events or activations.

Below are the key skills and qualifications we are seeking for this role:

1. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and After Effects.

- Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Arnold, or Unreal Engine.

2. Design Skills:

- Ability to create detailed and realistic 3D visualizations.

- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing techniques.

- Experience in designing for live events, including stage design, digital installations, and virtual environments.

3. Creative and Artistic Skills:

- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design projects, including previous work relevant to event industries.

- Excellent eye for detail, color, and composition.

- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that enhance the overall event experience.

4. Project Management:

- Experience working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

- Excellent communication skills to work closely with our event planners, clients, and other team members.

- Ability to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed to meet client expectations.
