1. Achieve Sales and Profit Targets on a monthly basis

2. Fix client Meetings and make sure business is closed on a monthly basis

3. Getting Business, oversee (and be involved in) operations, billing & collections (end to end)

4. Make sure POs / Agreements are in place with all clients before initiating operations

Candidate Should be….

1. From the industry (Randstad, Mafoi, Teamlease, IZEE, White Horse, ABC Consultants, Seven Consultancy, etc) PAN India Manpower supply company

2. Result Oriented

3. Should be able to work independently

4. Should be able to arrange manpower or take over existing teams for payroll management services

5. Should have knowledge the latest labour laws (statewise)

NOTE: Salary will be always based on the industry experience.
