We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront
Fusion Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing

The ideal candidate will possess both strong project management and technical skills, with a deep understanding of how to leverage Adobe Workfront to enhance project execution, streamline workflows, and enable better collaboration across teams.
ey Responsibilities :
Platform Administration :
- Lead and manage the Adobe Workfront platform, including user access, permissions, and workflow configurations.
- Administer Adobe Workfront Fusion to integrate Workfront with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Ensure the platform is properly set up and customized to meet business needs and streamline operations.
Integration & Automation :
- Oversee the integration of Adobe Workfront with other tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing automation) through Workfront Fusion.
- Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure data synchronization and process continuity.
Customization & Process Optimization :
- Customize Adobe Workfront to align with specific project management needs across various teams (e.g., Marketing, IT, Operations).
- Optimize workflows, reporting, dashboards, and templates to increase productivity and project visibility.
- Work closely with business units to identify areas for process improvement and automate repetitive tasks.
Reporting & Data Analysis :
- Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards in Adobe Workfront to provide stakeholders with insights on project status, performance, and resource utilization.
- Utilize Adobe Workfront Fusion to generate automated reports and data feeds that support data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration & Training :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions align with project requirements and objectives.
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure users are effectively utilizing Adobe Workfront and Fusion features.
- Act as a key point of contact for troubleshooting, answering queries, and delivering solutions for platform-related challenges.
Strategic Development & Innovation :
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of Adobe Workfront and Fusion usage across the organization, identifying opportunities for new features, updates, or integrations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the overall project management processes through Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
Stakeholder Communication :
- Maintain open communication with key stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and ensure that the platforms are being leveraged to meet those needs.
- Present regular updates to senior management on system performance, user adoption, and ongoing improvements.
Qualifications :
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Experience :
- 8-10 years of experience managing Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar enterprise project management and automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with the administration of Adobe Workfront, including workflows, templates, reporting, and user permissions.
- Proven track record of successfully integrating and automating systems through Workfront Fusion.
Technical Skills :
- Expertise in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, data mapping, and automation workflows.
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools within Adobe Workfront.
Project Management Expertise :
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience with resource management, project planning, and task tracking.
Communication and Collaboration :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate technical solutions to business leaders.
