Manage all technical needs of assigned customer accounts and partners.
Serve as a single technical point of contact and become the customer s trusted advisor and the company s solutions expert.
Understand customer use cases, Architect, Develop, and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs), demos, and presentations.
Collaborate with customers to develop and customize parts of the POC or demo and accelerate sales.
Exhibit leadership skills during customer requirements analysis and create tailored technical solutions while identifying potential business opportunities.
Stay informed and contribute to relevant open-source projects and standards. Active participation in open-source communities based on business needs is expected.
Remove technical barriers to customer adoption of solutions.
Increase market share with each customer by demonstrating tangible value.
ABOUT YOU
Core Competencies & Demonstrated Success
Be hands-on in developing and delivering customer Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
Experience with open-source projects such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, or similar is highly valued, with the ability to contribute as a representative of the company.
Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and present confidently in front of customers.
Capable of working independently in customer locations or labs when required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of software development or solutions architecting experience in the following areas:
Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenStack, virtualization, and containers.
Expertise in designing system-level solutions for distributed cloud and edge applications.
Proficiency in networking concepts such as network stacks, switching, and routing.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Perl, and C++/C.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English for business discussions.
