We Are Hiring for International Voice/Non Voice & Semi Voice Process!!

Salary:

• Voice Process: ₹29,000 CTC
• Non-Voice Process: ₹27,000 CTC
• Cab Facilities: Yes
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in a similar role
• Education: Any Undergraduate

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team in International Voice and Non-Voice processes. If you have a passion for customer service and have at least 6 months of experience, we want you to be a part of our growing company!

Key Responsibilities (Voice Process):

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure the resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities (Non-Voice Process):

• Handle customer queries and concerns via email/chat/other digital platforms.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and provide timely responses to customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice/Non-Voice process.
• Any Undergraduate degree.
• Excellent communication skills (for Voice Process).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability (for Non-Voice Process).

Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts (details to be provided during the interview).
