Hiring for Sales Executive (Tamil) for Altruist India Pvt Ltd

Position: Sales Executive (Tamil)
Location: [Pune, Maharashtra]

Salary:

• Fresher: Rs. 13,000/- In-hand
• Experience: Up to Rs. 18,000/- In-hand
• Sales Incentives: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum 12th Pass.

Experience:

• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Language Proficiency:

• Must be fluent in Tamil.
• Ability to understand and communicate numbers in Tamil.

Sales Process:

• Experience or willingness to work in a Personal Loan Outbound Sales process.

Joining & Interview Process:

• Should be able to join immediately.
• Walkin Interview so once you get shortlisted please be ready to come for Walkin

Salary Structure:

• For Fresher: Rs. 13,000/- In-hand.
• For Experienced candidates: Up to Rs. 18,000/- In-hand.
• Additional performance-based Incentives ranging from Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
