Job Summary:

We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with 3+ years of experience to drive lead generation and business growth through strategic LinkedIn engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with prospects, increasing brand awareness, and driving conversions through personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns. This role requires strong communication skills, expertise in LinkedIn prospecting tools, and the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to generate leads and nurture business relationships.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
  • Create and send personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups to improve response rates.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify and qualify leads.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.
  • Track and analyze LinkedIn outreach performance, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and conversions.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a well-organized database of prospects and conversations using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging LinkedIn posts and thought leadership content.
  • Test and implement new outreach tactics, including video messages and voice notes, to enhance engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or B2B sales.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and automation tools (e.g., Expandi, Dux-Soup, Zopto).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating and converting leads through LinkedIn.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize outreach strategies based on insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in B2B industries such as SaaS, tech, or professional services is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LinkedIn advertising and paid social strategies.
  • Knowledge of email outreach and multichannel engagement strategies.
  • Background in digital marketing or business development.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization tools to enhance LinkedIn outreach.
