4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

5. A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing on various elements of campaigns to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.

6. Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media advertising to ensure strategies are current and effective.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that paid media strategies are aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.

2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
