Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
• Design programmatic media strategies across display, native, video, and retargeting campaigns.
• Identify target audiences, optimal channels, and KPIs to align with business goals.
• Research and recommend emerging trends, technologies, and strategies in programmatic advertising.
Campaign Management:
• Execute and manage programmatic media buys across DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, and other programmatic platforms.
• Optimize bids, placements, and audience targeting to maximize reach and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance to ensure optimal results.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Track and measure media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and third-party tracking platforms.
• Generate reports on CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaign outcomes.
Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead strategic planning sessions and team discussions on programmatic media trends.
• Provide guidance on bid strategies, audience segmentation, and performance improvements.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored media proposals for clients.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or digital advertising.
• Proficiency with Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs like DV360 & The Trade Desk.
• Strong understanding of RTB, bid management strategies, conversion attribution, and tracking technologies.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
