Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (10-15 yrs)

Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer (LWC & Healthcare)

Job Type : Full-Time

10 years who would play a vital role in developing new features and workflows in our Salesforce Clouds. The candidate would be responsible for developing our key Salesforce applications, working closely with our different teams, leading a team of salesforce developers, and training them as and when required.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other healthcare systems and applications.

- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.

- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends, particularly in the healthcare sector.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.

- Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative development tools.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
