UI /UX Designer Manager

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create seamless and engaging user experiences for our digital products and services. If you are passionate about designing intuitive interfaces and improving usability, wed love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet business and user needs

- Evaluate product usability and make improvements for a better experience

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

- Participate in design reviews and refine designs based on feedback

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides

Requirements:

- Experience in user-centered design, research, and prototyping

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work

- Good understanding of interaction design and information architecture

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Candidate with Healthcare / Medical Industry will be preferred.
