Job Description

ERP System Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, ensuring it functions efficiently and meets organizational needs.
Manage ERP configurations, customizations, and integrations with other business systems.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Project Management:
Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Ensure ERP projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless ERP system deployments and enhancements.
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage and mentor a team of ERP specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project execution.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the ERP team.
Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional development of team members.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to understand their business processes and translate them into ERP
solutions.
Facilitate communication between the IT department and business units to ensure alignment of ERP system capabilities with
business needs.
Provide regular updates to senior management on ERP system performance, project progress, and key metrics.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through the effective use of the ERP system.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ERP management.
Lead initiatives to improve system performance, reduce costs, and enhance user satisfaction.
User Support and Training:
Provide support to ERP system users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and effective use of the ERP system.
Create and maintain documentation related to ERP processes, configurations, and customizations.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure the ERP system complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Implement governance frameworks to manage ERP system resources and mitigate risks.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the ERP system is functioning as intended.
