Lead Full Stack Engineer - Low Code SaaS Platform

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Fullstack Engineer with 6-8 years of relevant and verifiable work experience, proficient in developing mobile and web based applications built on reactive microservices using Java Springboot, with frontend interfaces in ReactJS, NextJS, Tyepscript etc., having solid expertise in Relational and NoSQL databases, deployed using Cloud services to join our talented team. As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our entire frontend and backend stack including web and mobile interfaces, microservices, database, cloud and security solutions. You will work closely with product manager to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance low code platform.

Work Experience and Education:

• 6-8 years of relevant progressive fullstack engineering experience
• Minimum Bachelors degree in areas of Computer Science, Electronics & Communications and Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Write high quality reusable, testable, optimized and scalable source code in Java Springboot or Micronaut, React JS, Next JS, Typescript etc
• Implement and optimize data solutions using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis for performance & reliability.
• Develop over AWS or Azure services and integrate with other APIs and microservices of the platform.
• Ensure proper monitoring, logging, and error handling mechanisms using ELK stack or other open source observability frameworks
• Implement security and data privacy practices including RBAC, SSO, API Security and Cloud Security controls to protect from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Define the Build and release pipeline and double hat, when needed, as DevOps engineer to package code and implement CI/CD automation.
• Ability to adapt and integrate open source frameworks like Temporal, Casbin etc.
• Write efficient and maintainable code, follow coding standards to ensure high-quality software development.
• Lead requirements analysis and define high and low level design, and deliver efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, and even to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in backend development.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in using Open source frameworks for areas like - authentication, authorization, workflows, document management etc.
• Experience in design and development of Low Code SaaS platforms
• Experience in developing scalable microservices using modern concepts of GraphQL
• Experience in working on latest UI engineering concepts like Microfrontends, MonoRepo etc.
• Experience working with Digital India Stack : APIs like GST, NSDL, MCA, Credit Bureau etc.
