Job Description
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts to guide the company s financial planning.
- Identify areas for cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance matters.
- Manage and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Monitor cash flow, manage financial transactions, and oversee invoicing and billing processes.
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide financial advice and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master degree preferred.
- 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in eCommerce industry preferred.
