Job Description
- Digital Design Create engaging digital assets, including banners, product images, and promotional materials for the eCommerce and social media platforms.
- Package Design Lead the design of product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creating a strong shelf presence for both online listings and offline retail.
- Brand Consistency Ensure all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across digital platforms, product packaging, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Teams Work closely with the marketing, product, and logistics teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies for campaigns, new product launches, and packaging updates.
- Optimize Design Performance Continuously improve and refine digital and packaging designs to enhance user engagement, product appeal, and conversion rates.
- Project Management Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
- Team Leadership Provide feedback, mentorship, and guidance to junior designers, reviewing their work to ensure it aligns with brand and design standards.
- Design Guidelines Maintain and update a comprehensive design style guide, ensuring consistent use of visual elements across all platforms and packaging.
- Research & Innovation Stay informed about current trends in graphic design, packaging design, eCommerce, and digital marketing, applying fresh ideas to your work.
- Vendor Coordination Work with external vendors for print production of packaging and other design-related needs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital design and product packaging projects.
- In-depth understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of design quality.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining design standards across all projects.
