Job Description
- Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Create and manage social media calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Design and execute paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Build partnerships with influencers and collaborators to amplify brand visibility.
- Track, measure, and analyze social media performance using different tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing social media platforms for brands.
- Expertise in social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience managing social media for eCommerce brands or startups.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing is a plus.
