Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Management

1. General Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
2. Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and Dail sales Report.
3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets as required.
4. Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns, and maintain compliance with applicable laws.
5. Employe Imprest Records : Maintain proper recording of Expense of Imprest and their ledger (appx 30 Imprest Ledger )

Payroll Management

1. Salary Processing: Accurately calculate and disburse monthly salaries, including deductions, reimbursements, and incentives.
2. Attendance & Leaves: Coordinate with HR to verify employee attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory payroll compliances like PF, ESI, gratuity, and professional tax.
4. Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date employee payroll and compensation data.

Operational Support

1. Vendor Management: Make entries of Purchase in Tally Software and their reconciliation with the ledger as well Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts.
2. Audit Preparation: Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.

Support Outlet Operations: Manage cash flow and oversee the accounting for individual QSR outlets, ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (CA Inter or MBA in Finance is a plus).
• Experience: 3-5 years in accounts,( Minimum 2 years under CA Firm ) , and payroll management, preferably in the QSR or retail sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar), MS Excel, and payroll software.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Direct & Indirect tax laws and payroll compliances.
• Must have knowledge of Tally In respect of all material aspects.
• Must have awareness of  latest amendments in Taxes .
