Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and Design : Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and secure frontend systems, ensuring clean and efficient implementation.

- Hands-On Development : Demonstrate hands-on expertise in building scalable ReactJS and TypeScript applications while staying updated with modern frontend technologies.

- Code Review and Debugging : Perform thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and debug complex issues efficiently to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Database and API Collaboration : Work closely with backend teams to optimize database schemas and integrate RESTful APIs seamlessly.

- Technical Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, instilling best coding practices, clean architecture, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Project Ownership : Break down large, complex projects into manageable tasks, plan deliverables, and ensure timely and successful execution.

- Performance Optimization : Enhance application performance through efficient rendering, caching strategies, and modern frontend design principles.

Qualifications :

- Proven expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and the JavaScript ecosystem, with a strong focus on scalable and high-performance frontend development.

- In-depth knowledge of design patterns (DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Clean Architecture) and modern debugging methodologies.

- Demonstrated hands-on experience in code reviews, identifying bottlenecks, and debugging complex systems.

- Strong experience in collaborating with backend teams for API integration and database optimization.

- Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with a strong focus on delivering quality software solutions.

Educational Requirement : B.Tech degree in CSE, IT , or Electrical branches from a recognized institution.
