Job Description
- Soldering and Assembly
- Perform precise soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components on PCBs.
- Assemble electronic circuits and ensure all components are correctly installed and secured.
- Work with a variety of tools and equipment, such as soldering irons, magnifiers, and multimeters.
- Inspection and Testing
- Inspect solder joints and connections to identify and resolve defects.
- Conduct functional and performance testing of electronic components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Repair and Maintenance
- Diagnose and repair issues in electronic circuits and systems.
- Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of assembly and testing processes.
- Provide regular updates on production progress to the engineering team.
- Assist in updating technical documentation and guidelines for assembly and testing.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with product designers and engineers to implement design changes.
- Provide feedback on product designs to improve manufacturability and reliability.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
