Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Communicate with clients through calls to understand their requirements
and preferences for property.
● Educate clients about our products, highlighting their features and benefits.
● Proactively initiate sales calls to new prospects.
● Identify potential business opportunities by contacting prospective
customers.
● Analyze business needs to discover new opportunities.
● Schedule meetings with clients and accompany them.

Duration: 3 months internship with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
Stipend: INR 10,000 per month during the internship period.
Mode: Offline

Qualifications:
● Any Graduate.
● Candidates from non-management backgrounds are welcome to apply.
● Freshers are eligible to apply.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong customer service orientation.

● This is an office-based internship; remote work is not available.
● Candidates must have their own conveyance for commuting to the office.
