Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team in Chennai. The developer will play a key role in the development of a web and mobile application to track 4G and 5G towers. The first phase of the project, which involves 2D tower representation, is completed. Now, we are moving forward to phase two, which involves 3D tower representation and data engineering.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for understanding the project from scratch, interacting with clients to gather requirements, and contributing to the design and development of the application. You will work with cutting-edge technologies in a microservices architecture and be part of a dynamic team focused on innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Project Development: Contribute to phase two of the project involving 3D tower representation and data engineering. Develop features that integrate front-end and back-end systems seamlessly.
• Tech Stack Integration: Work with technologies such as React (or Ionic React), Python (Flask/FastAPI), and Postgres/MySQL to build scalable and robust web and mobile applications.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications. Provide solutions aligned with business needs and project goals.
• Application Design & Architecture: Design and develop front-end and back-end functionalities using React, Python, and Postgres. Ensure proper integration of different layers of the application.
• Performance Optimization: Focus on optimizing application performance, ensuring smooth functionality for both web and mobile platforms.
• Microservices & Cloud Integration: Work within a microservices architecture and integrate with AWS to build scalable solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including GIS, to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills:

• Frontend Development: Proficient in React, Ionic React, or similar frameworks (React Native is a plus).
• Backend Development: Experience with Python (Flask or FastAPI).
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of working with RDBMS like Postgres or MySQL.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience working with AWS for cloud-based solutions.
• GIS Knowledge: Experience in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and GIS plugins is a plus.
• Microservices Architecture: Familiarity with microservices and building scalable systems.
• Version Control: Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• UI/UX Skills: Strong understanding of frontend design principles and user experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: An engineering graduate from a reputed institution (candidates with other relevant degrees may be considered).
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in web and mobile application development, with hands-on experience in ReactJS, Ionic React, Python, Flask, and at least one RDBMS.
• Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience interacting with clients is a plus, especially in a technical or consulting role.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
