Senior Executive - QA

Implement and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain documentation related to QA processes and procedures.
Plan and execute testing activities, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
Conduct thorough validation of products or services to identify and address any defects or issues.
Design comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and functionalities.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified defects.
Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing product quality.
Maintain detailed and organized records of testing activities, results, and issues.
Generate reports on testing progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss QA-related aspects.
Ensure that QA processes align with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in QA practices.

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on software or product testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in creating and executing test cases for various types of testing.
Knowledge of Selenium, Java, and API Testing is a must.
Familiarity with defective tracking systems and version control tools.
